Would appear that uninstall of AES is not clean on 7.x-1.5 as the menu item is not removed during uninstall. Had to perform the following manually.
delete from {{prefix}}_menu_links where link_title='AES settings';

If you are having a problem with this, then it is a problem with your core install. If needed, please re-open and detail the steps to reproduce on a clean D7.10 install. Thanks!
