Commit "Allow for the creation of persistent SSH keypairs." (4874d2b7a9386a14155d99e82e5173ac1e36d988) adds two directories in lib/.git-repos/

I guess that this was by mistake.... git submodule would not update lib/puppet-modules/aegir before I added them to .gitmodules
