In case i want to run drush commands that need the database and i dont want to ssh into the virtualmachine.
how do i implement http://mig5.net/content/manage-your-aegir-system-command-line.html when using aegir-up?

and why do i get 3 aliases per project? (@projectname, @projectname.aegir-up, projectname.project) what are they meant for?
