when running drush vb & choose aegir option every thing passed regarding set-up only thing vagrant up is not working so not able to ssh via drush
It's noticed that if try to run vagrant with sudo like sudo vagrant up it's working and sudo vagrant ssh working as well

Check that you've installed drush-vagrant in your ~/.drush directory. Installing it under drush/commands could cause such problems.

nope all drush library regard vagrant & hosts,aegir are all belongs to .drush/ only as all are downloaded by drush dl
