Email when certain number of votes met?

Hello Adv Poll team,

I was wondering if there is a way to have Drupal email the creator of a poll once a certain amount of votes are met on the poll? Or more specifically, once a certain number of votes for a particular choice in the poll are met? For example, if we need 50 people to vote yes on a poll for it to pass, it would email the poll creator if 50 yes votes have been met.
