Add Block to Panel: Invalid form POST data [#2672460]

If i add the recent Pools block to a panel and then try to edit the panel cache setting of that block i get an ajax error "Invalid form POST data."

Can anyone reproduce that?

easy workaround is to use views to create a panel pane. that works flawlessly.
