Hi, i have a problem with comments - i think with permission.

I do not see edit button and delete button being admin of the site. I also do not see "edit all comments" on permission page in admin and i remember i saw such option before.

Where is the problem? Please help me to solve it.

Advanced Forum is just a layer on top of forum/node/comment and doesn't handle that low level stuff. The easiest way to tell if AF is causing your issue is to disable (not uninstall) the module and see if the options come back. If they don't, then your problem lies elsewhere. If they do, then it's possibly a theme conflict hiding the links.
