I've read in *many* threads (even in forums other than drupal.org) about how to copy and override template files, but I can't find them anywhere. I've looked at all files and subfolders in the advanced_forum folder. Please help.

Oops, my bad. I found them all "hiding" in "naked". I figured there'd be a set for each style and, as I am using Blue Lagoon, I looked there. Sorry to bother.
