Release notes

No substantial changes from beta2.

Looking for a few more users for this project before it goes stable, just to winnow out any bugs I've missed. I'll tag this release as stable two months from now, or when we hit 20 sites in the usage stats, whichever comes first - as long as there aren't any outstanding bugs.
