First beta release

1. We had success asking the external library to expose the error codes directly, so there has been a heavy refactor of the code to utilise those in #3228640: Use returned error codes instead of error messages. The service class name and public methods have all been moved around, and there's an interface for the service now!

   
   This means if you wrote code to use the service you will need to update it with this version.

2. We also made major changes in #3228659: Make error messages configurable and translatable. to how the UI looks and how the configuration is stored and named.

   
   The best way to handle this alteration is to uninstall the module before updating the code, then reinstall.

Now that these changes are in place we expect the API and the config to remain stable, hence the beta release.

RC will come when tests are in place.
