Hello,

I can not open the colapsed fields in admin, on a view for example (metatags section).

I have test with the ?advagg=-1 suffixe, and than I can.

That har file only contains 2 css files. Can you try again? You can verify that it's working correctly here http://www.softwareishard.com/har/viewer/

I have check 'Use default (safe) settings' in Modifications tab and all works perfectilly on my site!
