Everytime when I have to clear my cache during the development I must visit the advagg page and click then on the operations tab link. My questionis, wouldn't it be much user friendly to change the default tab to operations instead of the current behavior?

Really, under development, you should have caching/minification disabled in most cases. The caching in Advagg 8.x-3.x is MUCH better - both less likely to keep old data (especially if set to 'development' and yet better at keeping valid data and being fast(especially if set to 'High') so you shouldn't need that as much. If you still find yourself needing the operations tab frequently, re-open this issue.
