Unable to install Advanced CSS/JS Aggregation, advagg.settings already exists in active configuration. [#2876102]

Have installed the module before, and uninstalled it.
Now when i try to activate it again, i get the following message: "Unable to install Advanced CSS/JS Aggregation, advagg.settings already exists in active configuration."

Maybe any help there?

If theres need more information, please tell me..

Nobody known this issue and any solution?
Theres hanging a lot of work by a company site...

This is related to a problem in the database that occurs after having installed the module then uninstalling it, then re-installing it.

If you have cpanel access phpmyadmin then go to the config table and delete the advagg.setting entry there then try to re-enable the advagg module. This happened to me and I had to delete each of the advagg entries in the config table. Be sure to run a backup prior to doing this just in case.
