In #1428530: Override CSS aggregation to ensure correct file URL altering for files referenced by CSS files, I'm about to add CSS aggregation to both the D7 and D6 versions of the CDN module (also to be able to fix a security issue that requires this to work correctly).
The D6 version doesn't perform the CSS aggregation if the AdvAgg module is detected. So there shouldn't be a compatibility issue there.
The D7 version *will* do this as soon as the D7 version of AdvAgg is available. If this is the right thing to do for the D7 version of AdvAgg, of course (which it most likely is).
