How to change default fields Tokens (and how to change Token seperation characters)

With the module Page Title (which relies on the module Token), it is possible to change how titles are created in the html's title tag.

Similarly, would it possible to change the default AddThis Tokens, which seem to be [current-page:page-title] - [site:name]?

How, e.g., could I get the following Tokens of fields in to the Addthis sharing input? [node:field_article_title] and [node:field_article_subtitle].
