Change to HTML5 Input Types for Mobile Keyboard Support

(Sorry if I'm duplicating any prior issue, but I've looked hard and haven't found one.)

I've had a Drupal (7.x) Commerce site up and running for a couple years. We use Address Field with Address Field Phone for customer billing and shipping profiles. When people shop, they may be on their cell phones. I would like the postal code and phone number input fields to switch automatically to a numeric keyboard when viewed on mobile devices. (And Account Email to the "mail" input type for that matter, but that's not an Address Field issue.)

How can I alter the code to accomplish this? Alternatively, is there another module that adds this using an admin page?
