adaptivetheme 7.x-1.0-beta2

BETA2 is the final major iteration in the D7 dev cycle. From here on it we'll only be fixing bugs, code cleaning and preparing the theme for a Release Candidate.

This version now supports much improved outlines (HTML5 structure) and has better context awareness, improved accessibility for the theme settings forms and the advanced search form, improved CSS, removed CSS class redundancies (legacy code from D6). We also introduced a new block inner wrapper div, this is so we can support a lot more designs without having to special case the large amount of block type templates this theme requires.
