In at_core/templates/content/paragraph.html.twig, and subsequently any generated template, the paragraph type class is paragraph--type-[type]. The example for image type is what I would expect though, paragraph--type--image.

A similar issue happens with the view mode. Here the documentation is correct as is the example, but the actual class being generated needed to be fixed.
