Kickstarter Bounty for working D7 version

We have two current D6 sites that depend on this module for their ads. The module works great, love it.

But we have to upgrade both sites to D7 in the very near future (as a lot of others do, as D8 is coming) and the only holdup we have is the lack of working D7 version of the Ad module.

SimpleAds is a nice alternative for some, but it's lacking several features that our current advertising requires.

I'm not sure if this project needs a new maintainer/co-maintainer, or just someone willing to pitch in. I don't have a developer with free time who can tackle this right now (maybe by end of July), but I'd be willing to pitch in the first $200 to kickstart this task.

Does anyone else want to pitch in?
