kmv CreditAttribution: kmv commentedHang on, I am seeing a problem with the file in #1: When the mouse hovers over the primary menu (in Firefox) the background "strobes".
I have applied the change ndwilliams3 suggested by hand and that works fine, so I assume the problem is in the new throbber CSS (included in the file in #1).

jeremycaldwell CreditAttribution: jeremycaldwell commented@kmv, is there any way you can record what you are seeing on your screen? I tested locally again in FF and Safari and it works correctly so not sure what is causing i ton your computer at the moment.
