acquia_purge 7.x-1.0-alpha1

First alpha release previously known as the "7.x-1.x-beta2-queuing-elb-support" branch, while the module was still in sandbox state. This release should work stable and purges on all load balancers and works behind ELBs.

IMPORTANT: Although this code base is widely deployed already it is very important to pay attention to the MULTISITE.txt, also for non-multisite setups. Due the usage of the queue API it might run your database very hot when you have many domains and content items. It is therefore very important to reduce (and perhaps hardcode) the number of domain names you purge.
