This release marks the first General Available release of the Acquia Lift Drupal 8 module, the full Drupal 8 personalization solution.

Acquia Lift lets you track customers' behavior throughout their buying journey — from anonymous visitor to loyal, repeat customer — by creating a unified customer profile for each individual. Using Acquia Lift 3, you can now bring together content and customer data from any channel to personalize customers' experiences across websites regardless of the content management system that you use. Acquia Lift adaptively segments your customers in real-time, letting you deliver personalized content that furthers your website visitors' engagement with your brand.

Features

1. Acquia Lift 3 Data Collection

   This is the starting point on your personalization journey. Acquia Lift allows you to collect and store data related to the identity and behavior of your website visitors. You can then identify and organize these visitors based on factors that include their persona, the content that they prefer the most, and visitor actions that they have taken in the past. Acquia Lift includes reports and visualizations that allow you to gain insights about visitors' behavior and actions on your websites, and optionally across other channels.

2. Acquia Lift 3 Personalization

   After you have gathered information about the behavior of your website's visitors, you can customize your content to match your visitors' interests and test their reactions to this customized content. Acquia Lift 3 Personalization allows you to create slots, or customizable placeholders, on your website. You can then use the Acquia Lift 3 Personalization JavaScript application to drag and drop customized content into these slots.

3. Optional Acquia Content Hub integration

   Acquia Lift 3 Personalization uses Acquia Content Hub to store and render content variations for personalization. Regardless of whether you're personalizing using content from a single source or multiple sources, you will receive some Acquia Content Hub functionality with your Acquia Lift subscription.
