Release notes

- Adds the Content Hub Upgrade Console (CHUC: https://github.com/acquia/contenthub-console) as a dependency to Content Hub 2.x
- Handle files with empty schemes by "doing nothing" and logging instead of throwing exception
- Removing entity type and field managers from dependency injection to service location so we always have the uncached service.
