acquia_connector 4.0.0

This is the next generator of Connector which supports oauth and Acquia Cloud Next.
Customers are advised to use this module with the upcoming 3.1.x version of Acquia Search and 4.x version of Acquia Perz, both are better integrated with Acquia Connector to provide a better customer experience.
