Release notes

This is a development release for Acquia CMS Common module's next point of D10 support. For developers and site builders who are comfortable reporting (and, where possible, fixing) their own bugs, dev releases are good testing targets.

For non-technical users as well as for production websites, dev releases are not recommended.
