When I tried to create achievement and I set a custom achievement image I got the next error:

Call to a member function get() on null in Drupal\achievements\Form\AchievementEntityForm->submitForm() (line 228 of modules/contrib/achievements/src/Form/AchievementEntityForm.php).

I fixed this problem plus I fixed description section as well.
