Achievement for flagging a certain number of nodes

Hello,

I need to display a badge/icon on a user's profile page after they have flagged 5 or more nodes. Likewise, if they unflag enough nodes where only 4 or fewer remain flagged, the badge/icon would be revoked. Flagging these nodes also publishes them (in case that makes things easier).

Is this something that the Achievements module can provide? I am not particularly adept at custom module development, so anything that requires such work would probably not be possible for me to achieve.
