Release notes

- Updated to use all versions of Yahoo Pure.CSS (https://purecss.io/). It is possible to choose any of the following versions: v0.6.0, v0.6.1, v0.6.2, v1.0.0, v1.0.1 (the latest). All versions of Pure.CSS can be served form unpkg CDN over https.
- Improved header image rotator in MS Edge
- Views grid is presented now as divs instead of table
- PageSpeed Insights optimisation

Minor bugs were addressed:
- #2894639: Dropdown Menu items automatically load page on iPhone
- #3027414: zeropoint_image doesn't respect the class attribute
