In your demo you have your navigation up top, and I can't seem to replicate that. How do I get my nav items up there?

Thanks.

Create a menu in "Administer > Site building > Menus" and add some links to it.

Assign that menu as your "Source for the primary links" in "Administer > Site building > Menus > Settings"

Thanks for your quick reply. I did so and got it to work, however it still required that I put a margin-top statement in the css in order to get it to position under the header rather than at the top of the page.

Do you have the energy to shed some light on how I make some pages 2 column and other pages 3 column?

Thanks for your help.

From the readme.txt:

If you desire a 2 column layout, simply do not assign any blocks to the left sidebar. The main content area will automatically expand to fill the empty space.

You can use block visibility settings to control which pages have 2 columns and which have 3. Simply set your left sidebar blocks not to display on paths where you desire only 2 columns.
