User with permission to edit settings on group site 1 and group site 2 can see group site 1 config form on group site 2

The user can access group/1 and group/2 site settings.
You can't see site2.example.com/group/1 group 1 on site two but you can see site2.example.com/group/1/site-settings
We should check not only that the user can access the group, but that they can access the group on this domain.
