Right now the UI (#2200379: Upgrade UI) shows IDs such as "d6_book_settings" during the migration batch processing. Better would be to add user-friendly labels to the config files such as "Drupal 6 Book module settings".

Here we go - I'm sure the precise labels could use some work, but this will make the UI nicer (especially when we display a log of what was done after each step, not yet in the #2200379: Upgrade UI patch).
