What if Shipping can be configured with the same way. With that we would able to select the available shipping methods by store.

shamil.f CreditAttribution: shamil.f commentedcan merchants activate/deactivate payment methods for their own stores? I haven't been able to achieve this. In my website, only admin can change store payment options

We have a project for a client that will probably need this.

feldmarv CreditAttribution: feldmarv commentedDoes anyone know where the shipping fees are added to the orders? I think normal order rules should work for every order in the order-group. The problem is that normal order rules are overridden somewhere by the marketplace.
