Steps to Reproduce
1. Install this Sandbox version of Drupal 8
2. Navigate to node/add/article
3. Select the Vertical tab "URL path settings"
4. Does the "helper text" for the field "URL alias" read, "Optionally specify an alternative URL by which this content can be accessed. For example, type "about" when writing an about page. Use a relative path and don't add a trailing slash or the URL alias won't work."
