infinite scroll not working with isotope

Hi i have used isotope view with filter option in my site. I just want to load particular number of item when the page is loaded. when the user scroll down then it as to show the other items (This is for when "All" option is selected in the filter).
But when i click a filter option, its not getting any results. because, in isotope view all the elements will be loaded first then according to the filter value it will match the elements class name with the filter value rendered in the isotope and make them visible and it will hide other items.

so when i used infinite scroll, i set the number of visible items to be 10. When i choose a filter, the matched element in the isotope view will be in the bottom. but infinite scroll will consider the first 10 hidden items and not showing anything in the views.
