At Pixo, we begin planning for accessibility as soon as the requirements and discovery phase of a project gets underway — long before the graphic design is completed and before the first line of code is written. We’ve contributed to Drupal’s core software and fought to make it more accessible to those using assistive technologies and non-traditional browsers. We routinely build sites that comply with U.S. Section 508, W3C WCAG 2.0, and the Illinois IT Accessibility Act. We’ve developed dozens of custom modules and themes and shared our experiences in local user groups and national conferences.
