Due to a typo in hook_perm and hook_menu, it is not possible to access the administrative pages. hook_perm defines "administer plupload bulk uploads" and hook_menu looks for "administer bulk uploads", which doesn't exist.

Changing either one of the two fixes the issue.

Jeez, guess that shows that everyone who administers plupload is doing it as UID 1 then :)

I opted for changing hook_menu, anyone who upgrades wanting this fix will need to clear their menu router cache. Thanks for the report justin.cherniak - committed to dev.
