Hi I have installed my "links package module" twice and twice has the admin/modules just disappeared

when I try to administer my modules, with links installed, al lI get is a plain web page

I have since unistalled them anyone can help with th einstallation

I increased memory but still nothing is coming up, I have had to delete the module
