I've upgraded to 4.7.4. Then installed some upgraded modules. Should I rerun the upgrade.php? When I click it on it, I get the page saying that i might get problems if i run the upgrade script more than once. Should I still run the upgrade.php?

yes you should. to insure you get the db updates as well.

more then once in a row. inother words, you would want to install a module, hit update.php then hit update.php again. but you can, install a module, hit update.php, install a module hit update.php.
