CVS edit link for Tinychat

I am developing an module that enables drupal to be connected to tinychat that is an free webcam chat host. It is an flash client that is embeded in the site, so you are not linked to an external site.
It enables you to have several hundred of chatters at the same time, share desktop, whiteboard and private webcam chat. I will be easy to install and only external requierment is an registerd (FREE) account on tinychat that supplies you with an private api_key and secret so you can connect to thier server and create your own chat rooms.

The module will be finished within a day or so

Thank you

The tinychat module is now done, and should be working correctly..
All you need to do it add the module folder, and then configure it.

You need to create and tinychat account, to be able to get the module to work
poperly you need to create and development account on www.tinychat.com

It is free and you will get and api key and secret to use for the module

1. go to www.tinychat.com
2. Footer Menu -> API
3. Register
4. Click 'Develop apps with tinychat'
5. Select and nice App name! Maybe your site name ?
6. Describe your site, and enter the url to your site!
7. Get your api key and secret!

Hello, and thank you for applying for a CVS account.

As per requirements, the motivation should include more than two sentences to describe the module features, and a comparison with the existing solutions.

God Day

This is an large scale webcam / text chat module for drupal. It is able to support several hundred and even thousands of simultaneous users. Evey user being able to join in an high quality webcam and audio chat with all users registered, and if site manager allows, anonymous users. Private messages can be sent inside the chat and also global text chat with all users active in the chat.

Private webcam chat is available through the user profiles. An request is sent to the user and and private webcam chat is started if both parties accepts. Users can also stream there desktop and open up whiteboards and stream them to the other users.

User groups can be specified as moderators that may ban users, and moderate your chat. Also you can see all active users chatting in the admin panel.

Everything is hosted and provided by www.tinychat.com free and by an click of a button. All that is needed is to register at tinychat and get an application key and secret and you now have your private chat room for you site.

As of today we have only found one other module that might be able to deliver this capability to an drupal site but it is lacking some features that tinychat delivers. The module providing this is http://drupal.org/project/videochat.

Tinychat allows for moderator groups, and limitation of webcam broadcast to users that have moderator permission. Tinychat is tested and working solution for 100eds of users.

Hope fully this is enough information, if you need anything more dont hesitate to ask.

I would like to see this module be developed as I use it on my site, but the private chats (via overlays) are not working, thank you!
