I'm trying to use nice_menus to create drop down menus.
But it doesn't seem to be working at all - when I create a nice_menu block I get a expanded menu with the subitems listed.
I have:
Installed the Blockregion module
Installed the 4.7.x version of nice_menus
Tried the same nice_menu block in bluemarine and newsportal (same problem in both places)
The website is: http://katzcommunity.com/is-group/ (and the Degree Programs on the left is an example of the problem...)
what am I missing?

Edit the CSS
Nice Menus comes with a CSS file that you can edit to adjust width. Try looking for instances of '12.5em' and lessen that number.
Also read the README.txt file that comes in the Nice Menus module directory. It gives pointers to edit tweaks to the style sheet -- and also recommends tweaking your default theme CSS so that you can have a unique nice menu for each theme that you enable.
...and this is not an IE6 issue. Your nice menu is overflowing in other browsers as well. Be sure to check your CSS tweaks in a couple browsers to ensure a uniform display for all of your visitors.
