Er... This is really weird.
I took a node and put it in 4 terms of the same taxonomy. Since I realized that putting it in a child of a term didn't make it show up when I listed the parent term's nodes, I put it in both.
Then index.php went batshit. Nothing loads at all.
URL: http://www.osxgoodies.com/
URL of node: http://www.osxgoodies.com/node.php?id=22
As you'll see, you can reach the node and all appears well. But there's a blank index.php Everything else seems to work.
Any ideas? Anyone?

I've had a similar problem
But in this case, the index.php displays blank if the taxonomy module is set to front page... if i reset front page to node display it reappears...
