I have Sweaver 7.x-1.0 installed. When user with rights to see Sweaver interface is logged in the colorbox JS is not working. Disabling the Sweaver module resolves the issue.

I spent many hours till I stumbled on this. I disabled sweaver and BAM, everything works. Somekind of warning should be given to the user at some screen.
