There are no email to settings appearing (in create webform or edit), so cannot set the email destination for the completed webform.

quicksketchE-mail settings are located at node/x/webform/emails. If you can get to this page but can't see where the link is to it, your theme probably isn't rendering second-level tabs correctly.
