Releases for Salsa Integration

Performance updates and use of the job_queue module, if available.

Changes since DRUPAL-6--1-0-BETA1:

• Use safer, but slower method of getting the partial read count of Salsa queries
• Use drupal cache to avoid making repeated queries to Salsa
  Don't query salsa in case "Drupal wins"
  If available, allow the user to save/delete to Salsa on cron runs
