Using D7 B3 and latest media dev, I can add slides with no errors. However, the block does not rotate through the images.

A couple of things I did noticed:
1) If the js isn't there then there is no prompt to tell you. The Banner images and banner settings titles are grey and can't be expanded/collapsed.
