Bug in Index::prepareProcessors() when processors have not been set [#984174]

hi,

occured when indexing on the status index page admin/config/search/search_api/index/testdev_solr1_ouch_default/status

(line 958 of /home/*****/www/drupal7/sites/all/modules/community/search_api/includes/entity.inc).

entity is in last dev 11/26

I ve put my search_api tables

Ah, yes, I see how that might happen … Should make no difference, but a bug nonetheless.
Does the attached patch solve the problem? (I guess the bug appeared when you indexed items without first configuring the processors (i.e., saving the processors form, even without activating anything).)

I had to apply the patch with gedit .... **** last release of eclipse has bug with the compare feature !!!!

BUT the patch worked !

no more messages and yes it was nothing big ;p
