Hi all

I have searched the forums and can't find anything relating to this query yet, I have also searched the Gallery2 forums and there seems to be no real answer there; plenty seem to be there for Wordpress modules, but this is Drupal :-)

does anyone know which file/s I must edit to hide empty albums, We have a site with up to 3000 members, and the Gallery module is set up to create an album on creation of Drupal account/first login

The problem we have now, is 2990 empty albums, and only a handful with 1 or more items in it.

Being able to hide empty albums from the gallery would be great, but I can't find which file to hack into (this is the first time I'm using Gallery2)

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks

Vaughan

This is not related to drupal or the gallery module, but to Gallery2 itself. As such you will get better support if you post on their forums. I do not know a way to do this with the user albums. However, you can set the user album module up to ony create albums when first accessed by the user instead of when the user is created. This largely avoids the problem you mention.

I thought it had something to do with G2, I'll keep looking on their forums too. I was just hoping someone else here had a solution from their own experience.

Thanks
