I'm a huge fan of the rubik theme for administration but I often pair it with a WYSIWYG editor, which doesn't require a link to formatting help.

I would suggest not having the theme itself override filter_tops_more_info in order to output a link to "formatting help", as this prevents some modules such as Better Formats from being able to remove this help link.

I'd think that this would be a common thing to do, so I'd love to see an option to disable these tips or the theme made compatible with formatting modules such as Better Formats (which is why I marked this as a feature request).
I know that the function could be changed/overwritten or that a subtheme could be generated, but I was thinking more about the non-technical users of this theme.

Please forgive me if I've missed an easy/obvious way to remove the help link.
