OK, this one's got me stumped. Surely there should be some way to browse all the areas of your site heirarchically? The Navigation menu doesn't seem to contain everything - when I create a page (and fill in the little box that says Add to Navigation), it still doesn't appear in the navigation table.

I've installed a module called navtable, to see if that would help, and it creates some empty blocks that have the same titles as my taxonomies, but the blocks are just empty - title and that's it, no pages showing.

My site is http://www.pointandcode.com/focus/ and you can log in with username test password test if you want - might give a clue as to where I've gone wrong!

Try the "taxonomy_menu" module... it will add vocabularies and their terms to your main menu, in a hieraarchal fashion.
