Handles are lost on image after resize in CKEditor

Firefox 3.6.12 / Ubuntu: When I insert an image and resize it using the handles, the handles disappear. I can get them back by clicking off the image, then back onto it and will cover it in the screen cast if it's also true in popular Windows browsers, but it may cause support issues and should also be tested under OSX.

With Chrome under Ubuntu, there are no handles for resizing at all.

I'll be testing in Windows as I prepare to do the screen cast later today.
